Eagle Bed Reviews & Our Review Policy

Eagle Bed is a small family workshop in West Yorkshire. Every bed and base we sell is handmade to order, so we would rather show you an honest, empty review page than a page full of numbers we cannot prove.

How many reviews do we have right now?

Our review system (Judge.me) is installed on every product page and is currently showing zero published reviews. We are not displaying a star rating anywhere on this website, because we have no verified buyer reviews to average yet. As soon as real customers start reviewing, their words and stars will appear on the product pages themselves — good and bad, exactly as written.

Our review policy

  • Verified buyers only. We only publish reviews from people who actually bought and received an Eagle Bed order.
  • No incentives. We never offer a discount, a refund, a free item or a prize draw entry in exchange for a review.
  • No gating. We do not ask whether you are happy before deciding whether to send you a review link. Every buyer gets the same request.
  • No deleting honest criticism. Negative reviews stay up. We reply publicly, and we fix the problem.
  • No fake reviews, ever. We do not write reviews ourselves, buy them, or ask friends and family to post them. Fake and incentivised reviews are illegal in the UK and they insult the customers who tell the truth.
  • No star ratings in our marketing until verified reviews exist to support them. If you ever see a rating claim from Eagle Bed, it will be backed by reviews you can read on this site.

Bought an Eagle Bed? Please tell the truth about it

If your bed, ottoman base or mattress has arrived, your review genuinely helps the next person choose the right size, the right fabric and the right storage type. Photographs of the bed in your own room help most of all — screen colours never match fabric perfectly, which is exactly why we send free swatches.

To leave a review, open the product page for the item you bought and use the review form at the bottom of the page. If you are not sure which product it was, email eaglebedofficial@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you the direct link.

Something isn't right with your order?

Please email eaglebedofficial@gmail.com first with your order number and a photo. Damaged or faulty parts are covered by our 5-year guarantee and we will replace them at no cost. You are still completely free to leave a public review afterwards, whatever the outcome — we will never ask you to take one down.
