RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Every order matters to us at Eagle Bed. All of our beds are handmade to order in West Yorkshire, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

14-DAY RETURNS — FREE OF CHARGE

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery for any reason. We arrange collection with our two-man courier team at no cost to you — no collection fees, no restocking fees, no admin fees.

To be eligible, your item must be: unused and unassembled, in its original condition free from damage, and in its original packaging. Please inspect your items on delivery and keep the packaging until you are sure you are happy.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been collected and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days. There are no deductions. If you cancel an order before delivery, you receive a full refund with no cancellation fee.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may ask for photos to resolve the issue quickly. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.

EXCHANGES

To exchange your item, notify us within 14 days. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Our delivery team will collect the old item when delivering your new one.
