Returns Policy

We want you to love your Eagle Bed. If something isn’t right, please get in touch as soon as possible.
Because our beds are handmade to order and often customised to your chosen fabric, size and colour, custom-made items cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within a reasonable time at eaglebedofficial@gmail.com or call +44 7417 439197 with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate
