We want you to be completely happy with your Eagle Bed. If something isn't right, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll put it right.

14-Day Free Returns

You can return your item within 14 days and returns are free of charge: we collect the item at no cost to you. The item must be unused, unassembled and in its original condition and packaging.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos clearly showing the damage or fault

Mattresses

For hygiene reasons, mattresses cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened, unless faulty.

5-Year Warranty

All Eagle Bed frames and headboards come with a 5-year limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. See our full warranty terms for details.
