Why choose a wingback?
The wings give you something soft to lean against when sitting up, and a tall winged headboard makes the bed the focal point of the room. It suits a plain wall behind the bed.

Measuring for a wingback
The wings add to the width of the headboard, so measure the wall and leave room for bedside tables. Headboard height varies by design; check the product page for exact measurements.

What is the difference between a wingback and a panel bed?
A panel bed has a flat headboard divided into padded sections. A wingback adds forward-facing side wings. See our panel beds.
Can I get a wingback bed with storage?
Yes. Some designs come with drawers and others are offered with a gas-lift ottoman base — see storage beds.
How long does delivery take, and can I return a bed?
Delivery is free across Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), made by our own team, usually within 3–5 working days. Delivery to Northern Ireland is £90. Returns are free within 14 days if the item is unused, unassembled and in its original packaging, and a faulty item is replaced free or fully refunded. See our returns policy.
