Free Delivery Across Great Britain

We offer free delivery across Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) — no minimum spend, no hidden charges. Every bed is handmade to order in the UK, so please allow a short manufacturing period before your delivery is arranged.

Delivery Timescale

As each bed is made specifically for you, typical lead times are 3 to 5 working days from order to delivery. Once your order is dispatched, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery window. We deliver free of charge to addresses across England, Scotland and Wales, using our own delivery team.

Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man

We deliver to Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man for a £90 delivery charge.

What Happens on Delivery Day

Our delivery team will bring your bed to your front door. Please ensure access is clear. If you have any specific delivery requirements, let us know when you place your order and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Yes. Delivery is free across Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), made by our own team, and usually takes 3 to 5 working days because each bed is made to order.

Can you deliver to Northern Ireland?

Yes. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man is £90.

What if I change my mind?

Returns are free within 14 days, with free collection, if the item is unused, unassembled and in its original packaging.
