Are your beds really handmade in the UK?

Yes — every bed is handmade to order in the UK. Because each piece is crafted specifically for you, we can offer a wide choice of fabrics, sizes, and colours that mass-produced beds simply can't match.

What types of beds do you sell?

We offer a full range of luxury upholstered beds including wingback beds, Chesterfield beds, ottoman storage beds, divan beds, and children's upholstered beds. All beds are available in multiple sizes from single to super king.

Can I choose my own fabric and colour?

Absolutely. We offer a wide range of premium fabrics including plush velvet, bouclé, and more in dozens of colours. If you'd like to see a fabric before you buy, request free fabric swatches and we'll post them to you.

What sizes are available?

Most beds are available in five UK sizes: Single (3FT), Small Double (4FT), Standard Double (4FT6), King (5FT), and Super King (6FT). Some kids beds are also available in a Kids Single (2.6FT) size.

How long does delivery take?

As each bed is made to order, please allow 3 to 7 working days from order to delivery. We offer free UK mainland delivery on all orders. See our Delivery Information page for full details.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?

Yes, we can deliver to Northern Ireland, though an additional charge may apply. Please contact us before ordering to confirm costs and timescales.

Do you offer finance?

What is your returns policy?

Because our beds are handmade to order, we cannot accept returns on custom items unless they are faulty or damaged. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll resolve it promptly. Read our full returns policy.

Do your beds come with a warranty?

Yes — all Eagle Bed frames and headboards carry a 5-year limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. See our warranty page for full terms.
