Are your beds really handmade in the UK?

Yes — every bed is handmade to order in the UK. Because each piece is crafted specifically for you, we can offer a wide choice of fabrics, sizes, and colours that mass-produced beds simply can't match.

What types of beds do you sell?

We offer a full range of luxury upholstered beds including wingback beds, Chesterfield beds, ottoman storage beds, divan beds, and children's upholstered beds. All beds are available in multiple sizes from single to super king.

Can I choose my own fabric and colour?

Absolutely. We offer a wide range of premium fabrics including plush velvet, bouclé, and more in dozens of colours. If you'd like to see a fabric before you buy, request free fabric swatches and we'll post them to you.

What sizes are available?

Most beds are available in five UK sizes: Single (3FT), Small Double (4FT), Standard Double (4FT6), King (5FT), and Super King (6FT). Some kids beds are also available in a Kids Single (2.6FT) size.

How long does delivery take?

As each bed is made to order, please allow 3 to 5 working days from order to delivery. We offer free delivery across Great Britain (Northern Ireland: £90). See our Delivery Information page for full details.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?

Yes, we deliver to Northern Ireland for a £90 delivery charge.

Do you offer finance?

Yes — we offer Klarna and ClearPay at checkout, letting you spread the cost interest-free. See our finance options page for full details. Subject to eligibility.

What is your returns policy?

We offer 14-day returns, free of charge: we collect the item at no cost, provided it is unused, unassembled and in its original condition and packaging. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund; just contact us within 14 days. Read our full returns policy.

Do your beds come with a warranty?

Yes — all Eagle Bed frames and headboards carry a 5-year limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. See our warranty page for full terms.

How do I get in touch?

Should I choose a gas lift ottoman bed or a divan with drawers?

A gas lift ottoman lifts the whole mattress platform on hydraulic struts, so you reach the full under-bed area without moving the mattress. A divan with drawers has fixed drawers: less total space, but no lifting. Our ottoman bed buying guide explains the trade-offs, including when an ottoman is the wrong choice.

How much space do I need to open an ottoman bed?

End-lift bases open from the foot of the bed, so keep the floor clear there. Side-lift bases open from one side, which suits a bed with its foot against a wall. Either way you need room above the bed to swing the platform open.

How do I know a bed will fit my room?

Measure the wall the bed will sit against, then the floor space in front, and leave at least 60cm of walking space at one side. Our UK bed sizes guide lists every mattress size, or email eaglebedofficial@gmail.com with your room measurements.

Who delivers my bed?

Our own delivery team, usually within 3 to 5 working days. Once your order is dispatched we contact you to arrange a convenient delivery window and bring the bed to your front door.
