Studio photos only get you so far. A real Eagle Bed in a real West Yorkshire-made, customer-owned bedroom — with your fabric, your lighting, your room size — tells the next buyer far more than we ever could. If you have one of our beds, we would love to see it.

How to send us a photo

1. Take a photo of your bed in your room. A phone photo in daylight is perfect; we are not after styling, we are after honesty.
2. Email it to eaglebedofficial@gmail.com with the subject “Bedroom photo”, plus your order number, the bed name and the fabric colour if you remember it.
3. Tell us how you would like to be credited: first name and county (for example “Sarah, West Yorkshire”), or completely anonymous.

Your permission, and how to withdraw it

We will not use your photo anywhere until you have told us in writing that we may. When you email a photo, please add one line confirming whether we may use it on our product pages, our Facebook and Instagram, our Google listing and in our advertising.

• You choose the credit — first name and county, or anonymous.
• You can withdraw permission at any time by replying to the same email address. We will remove the photo from every place we have used it within 48 hours.
• We will never crop or edit a photo in a way that changes how the bed actually looks, and we will never pass off a customer photo as a studio shot.
• Please only send photos you took yourself, and make sure no one else is identifiable in them.

Is there a reward?

No — and that is deliberate. We do not pay for photos or reviews, because paid-for praise is worth nothing to the next customer trying to decide. What you get is your room helping someone else pick the right bed, and our genuine thanks.

Where your photo may appear

• On the product page for your bed, as the room shot.
• On the matching collection page, such as ottoman beds, wingback beds or kids beds.
• On the Eagle Bed Facebook page and our Instagram.
• On our Google business listing and in our advertising.
