Eagle Bed is a small handmade bed maker in West Yorkshire. Every bed is built to order, so what our customers tell us matters more to us than it would to a national chain — it is how we decide what to change next.

Where we are with reviews, honestly

We are at the start of building a public review record. Rather than pad this page with numbers, we will say plainly what is true: we are inviting every customer who has taken delivery of a bed to leave an honest review, good or bad, and we will publish what comes back. When there are verified reviews to show on a product, they will appear on that product page, with the average including the negative ones.

How to leave a review

If you have taken delivery of an Eagle Bed, we would love an honest opinion once you have built it and slept on it for a few nights — a bed cannot really be judged on delivery day.

• By email: write to eaglebedofficial@gmail.com with your order number and your thoughts. Tell us if we may publish it.
• On Google: search “Eagle Bed” on Google and use the review button on our business listing.
• On Facebook: leave a recommendation on the Eagle Bed page.
• With a photo: see Share Your Bedroom — a picture of the bed in your room helps other buyers more than anything we can write.

Our review rules

These are commitments, not marketing lines. UK law (the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024) bans fake and hidden reviews, and we go further than the minimum:

• We never write, buy, commission or invent a review.
• We never offer money, a discount or a prize draw entry in exchange for a positive review. If we ever offer a small thank-you such as a free swatch pack, every reviewer gets it regardless of what they wrote, and we say so in the email.
• We never gate reviews. Every customer gets the same request with the same links — happy or unhappy.
• We never delete or hide a genuine review because it is critical. Negative reviews stay up and count towards the average.
• We never edit a customer’s words. We may reply underneath, and we will.
• Any rating shown in our website code will always match the reviews visible on the page.

If something is wrong with your bed

Please email us before you review, and we will put it right. Every Eagle Bed carries a 5-year guarantee, and our returns policy and delivery information set out your rights. We would rather fix the bed than argue about the review — and you are still free to leave the review either way.

What we do with your feedback

Every week we group what customers tell us into three piles: complaints, questions and praise. Complaints about assembly, packaging or fabric go straight into how the bed is made and how the product page is written. Questions we get asked twice go onto the product page or the FAQ — if you had to ask, so did someone else. Praise tells us which beds to make more of.
