A UK family business, handcrafting beds to order

Eagle Bed is a family-run British bed maker based in Batley, West Yorkshire — the heart of the country’s textile region. Every bed we sell is handmade to order in the UK. We don’t import finished beds from overseas: each frame is built and upholstered here, for one customer at a time.

What we make

We specialise in upholstered beds — wingback beds, Chesterfield beds, ottoman storage beds, divan beds and children’s beds — along with a range of UK-made mattresses. Each bed is built on a solid wood frame and wrapped in your choice of premium fabric, including plush velvet, chenille and soft woven bouclé finishes. You can choose your size (Single through to Super King), colour and headboard style, so the bed that arrives is made for your room rather than pulled off a shelf.

Made properly, made to last

Because our beds are made to order, we can offer a level of choice in fabric, colour and size that mass-produced beds can’t match — and we stand behind the build. Every Eagle Bed frame and headboard carries a 5-year limited manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Delivery & payment

We deliver free across mainland UK, with most orders made and delivered within 3–5 working days. To make a new bed easier to budget for, we offer interest-free options through Klarna and Clearpay at checkout.
